Every order gets tracking details sent to your email as soon as it's dispatched. Keep those details handy – they're your best defence against lost packages.

When Your Package Doesn’t Show

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact the freight carrier immediately and lodge an enquiry.

⏰ ACT FAST: Most carriers only keep records for 30 days from pickup.

48-Hour Rule

Report late deliveries to the freight carrier within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. Speed matters in shipping, just like it does in the ring!
