At Backstreet Brawla, we're not just about throwing punches — we take pride in delivering top-shelf gear that hits the mark. If something's not right, we'll do our best to fix it, fast and fair.

💥 Commitment to Quality

We back our gear the way a champion backs their training — 100%. If your item arrives faulty or with a misprint, you're eligible for a refund.

⏱️ Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags & labels attached
  • All returns must align with Backstreet Brawla's Terms & Conditions
  • We DO NOT offer exchanges.

🚫 What Can & Can't Be Returned

We accept returns for:

  • Misprinted products
  • Faulty products

We don't accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing ( Follow sizing chart provided )
  • SALE ITEMS STRICTLY NO RETURNS 

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (this does not include any associated shipping costs locally or internationally)
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us

🔁 How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at backstreetbrawla@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request – [Your Order Number]" and include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Garment(s) you wish to return
  • Short description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the product issue (if applicable)

Return items by mail to Po box 111 Northcote VIC 3070 [shipping at your cost]

📌 Important Notes

  • Please email backstreetbrawla@gmail.com before you send any apparel back for a refund
  • Once received we will contact you to arrange a refund
  • We'll need up to 5 business days to inspect and process your return once it arrives

🧢 We don't duck and weave when it comes to accountability — if the fault's on us, we'll make it right. But we also expect our fellow fighters (that's you) to follow the rules of the bout.
